Starting an audit is easy. Typically it requires less than two hours to compile the documents we need to get started.

Once we receive these documents, the Audit Lifecycle starts and customer participation is held to a minimum until the audit findings are presented. As we are sensitive to the reality that telecom billings are not our customer's core competency, we strive to produce a turn key service to minimize the customer's time requirements. While it takes six to seven weeks to complete an audit, average customer involvement is held to less than five hours.
